PRIVATE CELLAR MANAGEMENT
We oversee the creation and / or maintenance of wine collections, whether the “cellar” itself is a massive cave or a single fridge.
In order to do this well, we take the time to learn about our client’s palate, passions, and lifestyle. Then, using that information as our guide, we take a complete inventory and make the client’s current collection (be it 10 bottles or 10,000) easily accessible, through a combination of modern technology and traditional, personalized tags. Like many of our favorite winemakers, we believe that tradition and technology are a brilliant combination. We label wine (according to each clients’ specifications) for everyday drinking, parties, and special occasions and then suggest what should be consumed soon and what can or should be held. Finally, we brainstorm on what to add to balance the cellar: wine to hold for special occasions or people, to enjoy with takeout on a Tuesday, and every other day.
We also offer an annual subscription that gives clients access to personalized recommendations (from their cellar or elsewhere) for dinners, parties, or gifts throughout the year.
Drink
Unlike any other collectibles, wine is created to be consumed (and for most bottles, soon after release). The value of a bottle hangs on the moment it is opened, the stories told, and the company in which it is enjoyed.
We offer in-person & virtual wine classes and tastings, pairings for any occasion (stories included), a bespoke wine club, and private sommelier services. Let us obsess about the wine so that you may enjoy it. Life is short; drink well.

We have partnered with the most-trusted wine retailers, as well as winemakers, importers, and auction houses to make it easy to pair our clients with wine they enjoy and to deliver it in pristine condition.
Our first priority is to keep our clients satiated and their cellars balanced. Once we decode your palate and preferences, we can do so with as little or as much input as you like. We are here to help you make well-informed decisions. Your time and investment are precious resources. We help you leverage both.
